Join LoopdiHoops for a Tuesday evening 4-week class for adults at Lower Merion High School. Each class will run about an hour starting at 6:30pm. The classes will run from 3/9 – 3/30.  Learn how to Hoop Dance and get in shape! Hooping for 10 mins. burns the same calories as running an 8-minute mile.
